Do you install air conditioning?

How much does a rewire or fuse-board upgrade cost?
It depends on the size of the property and the scope of work — a fuse-board (consumer unit) upgrade is very different from a full house rewire. Rather than guess, we visit, assess the job and give you a clear, fixed, no-obligation quote before any work starts, with no hidden extras.
Do landlords in Wales need an EICR?
Yes. Under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, rented homes must have their electrical installation inspected and tested at least every five years, and the landlord must hold a valid EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report). As NAPIT-approved electricians we carry out EICR testing and provide the certificate.
How quickly can you attend an electrical fault?
